Hi Hiromi-
Thank you again for the excellent class with Takashi. I wanted to share some of the sushi I've been making with you. Can you pass these along to my teacher? I look forward to returning to Tokyo sometime again in 2010, maybe I can take another class then- I still need to work on my tekka rolls. :)
Best,

My two weeks spent at the Tokyo Sushi Academy was educational, informative and thoroughly enjoyable. I arrived hoping 2 weeks would be enough time to learn basic sushi skills but with the help of my teachers, Goto sensei, I have finished feeling I will return to London very skilled. I will be returning to London to the private family I look for, As they are big fans of sushi and Japanese cuisine I am sure I will use the skills learnt often, entertaining their many clients and friends. I felt that my class was perfectly, catered for, accommodating every request and specific sushi types I asked for.

Thank you very much for such an interesting sushi class. I appreciated it very much and was so happy with everything in the class. I've learnt an amazing amount.I can’t resist thinking about sushi everyday and night. I was very lucky to be able to take the high quality of private lesson with great translator service at the professional kitchen. All theses conditions helped to make the best progress in 5 days. All I need now is to practice, practice, and practice, tobe ready for serving great sushi in my restaurant. I will obtain some more training at a restaurant before opening my own. Anyway I'll keep in touch with you about my latest Sushi training adventures.
