ISC33 Students

In May 2006, a student from the Philippines, part of ISC's 34th class, 
secured a job at a Michelin-starred sushi restaurant in Ginza, Tokyo.  
His late father was a Japanese sushi chef. While he has those roots, 
his unique sense of style, experience in other food and beverage 
industries, and motivation are highly anticipated.
