International Sushi Chef Course ISC33

In May 2006, a student from the Philippines in ISC’s 34th class
earned a position at a Michelin-starred sushi restaurant in Ginza, Tokyo.
His late father was a Japanese sushi chef, so sushi has always held a special place in his life.
With those roots, his unique sense of style, broad experience across the food and beverage industry,
and strong motivation are expected to serve him well in his new role.
